PRINT-ON-DEMAND MODEL
WYLDE items are produced on demand, specifically for you, after each order. Because of this:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection
- We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering (available on every product page)
- All sales are final for non-defective items

WHEN WE ACCEPT RETURNS
We accept returns and provide full refunds for:
- Items with print defects (misaligned print, color errors, smudging)
- Items with manufacturing defects (broken seams, holes, damage)
- Wrong item received
In these cases, our fulfillment partner Printful covers the cost — you will not pay for return shipping.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
1. Email idegasispas@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Subject: "Refund Request — Order #[your order number]"
3. Include: clear photos of the defect/issue
4. We will review and respond within 2 business days
If approved:
- Refund issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Or replacement item sent at no additional cost (your choice)

EU CONSUMER RIGHTS
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason — UNLESS the item was custom-made or personalized for you.
WYLDE items are custom-produced on demand for each order. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), this means the 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply to our products.
However, your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain fully intact. If your item is defective, we will repair, replace, or refund it.
