OUR ROLE — DROPSHIPPING DISCLOSURE
WYLDE operates a dropshipping model. We design and sell limited edition clothing under the WYLDE brand. We do not hold physical inventory. Each item is produced and shipped on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful, Inc., after your order is placed and fully paid.
We disclose this clearly so you understand exactly how your order is fulfilled before you purchase.

SALES CONTRACT STRUCTURE (BAY'U SALAM)
For customers who require it, the contract you enter with WYLDE follows the structure of a Bay'u Salam (forward sale) contract, in which the buyer pays the full price in advance and the seller delivers fully described goods at a clearly defined later date. The seven conditions of this contract are met as follows:
1. KNOWN TYPE OF GOOD
The product type is named on every product page (for example: heavyweight cotton t-shirt, hoodie).
2. KNOWN CATEGORY / QUALITY
The category and quality of the product are specified on the product page, including fabric weight, garment cut, and grade.
3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The detailed specifications of the product — color, size, material, print placement — are listed on the product page and confirmed in the order summary before purchase.
4. KNOWN QUANTITY
The quantity is the number of units you select at checkout. The order confirmation states the exact quantity.
5. KNOWN DELIVERY DEADLINE
The delivery window for every order is fixed and includes production (3–5 business days) plus shipping. Deadlines: 8–12 business days for the United States, 7–20 business days for the European Union, 8–16 business days for EFTA countries (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein). Other regions are shown at checkout. Deadlines are counted from the day after the order is placed. If the deadline cannot be met, you may request a full refund.
6. KNOWN PRICE (FULL PREPAYMENT)
The full price is shown on the product page and at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of the order. We do not offer installments, deferred payment, or pay-later options. The price is fixed once the order is placed and cannot be changed afterward.
7. KNOWN DELIVERY LOCATION
The delivery address is the shipping address you provide at checkout. Goods are delivered to that address.

- Orders are confirmed only after successful full payment

- Items are produced on demand by Printful, Inc. after your order is placed and paid in full
- Production time: 3–5 business days (included in the deadlines below)
- Delivery deadlines (production + shipping, from order date):

- European Union: 7–20 business days
- EFTA (CH, NO, IS, LI): 8–16 business days
- Other regions: shown at checkout
- If the delivery deadline cannot be met, you may request a full refund

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WYLDE is not liable for:
- Delays caused by carriers or customs (these are excluded from the delivery deadline)
- Damage caused by improper care of garments
- Losses exceeding the value of your purchase

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country also apply.
