OUR MODEL
WYLDE operates a dropshipping model. We do not hold physical inventory. Each order is produced on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful, Inc., after the order is placed and paid in full.

PRODUCTION TIME
All WYLDE items are printed and assembled after your order is placed. Production takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.

DELIVERY DEADLINES (PRODUCTION + SHIPPING)
The total delivery deadline, counted from the day after the order is placed, is:

These deadlines are fixed delivery windows. If your order has not been delivered within the deadline, you may request a full refund.
Excluded from the deadline: delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our or Printful's control. In these cases, we will keep you informed and work with the carrier to resolve.

We ship via:
- USPS, UPS (United States)
- DPD, DHL, Royal Mail (Europe)
- DHL, FedEx (International)
Carrier is selected by our fulfillment partner (Printful) based on destination and availability.

TRACKING
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order ships
- Track via the carrier's website or via the link in your confirmation email
- Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING — CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For orders outside the United States:
- Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees
- These are NOT included in our product prices
- They are the buyer's responsibility
- We have no control over customs delays
EU customers: as of April 2025, EU regulations require all shipping costs to be shown before checkout. Our checkout displays full shipping cost at cart stage.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package:
1. Check with neighbors and building management
2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
3. If still unresolved after 5 business days, email us at idegasispas@gmail.com
We will work with you and Printful to investigate and resolve.

ADDRESS ERRORS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot redirect packages after they ship. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to reship — additional shipping charges may apply.
